Hi, I’m Tossh—by day, I’m a Master of International Business (no, not the Men in Black, though I do try to save the world in my own way).

By night—or whenever I can escape the computer—you’ll find me scaling walls, rocks, and anything that gives me a challenge. I’ve combined my love for climbing with my business expertise to create a unique, adventure-driven approach to wellness, team-building and leadership development.

Whether I’m climbing mountains or helping teams reach new heights (pun intended), I believe in one thing: there’s always a way up!

Meet our Chief Dream Weaver - our in-house Grandmaster of out-of-the-box thinking, an innovation ninja with a black belt in Problem Solving and Team Spirit. Armed with a Ph.D in Organized Mayhem and Coffee Consumption, they specialize in making the impossible possible (and looking cool while doing it)!
